I am a versatile individual who has been involved in IT from my very first position and I love the challenge it continuously presents. I have been in various roles from Technical support, Product management, Customer service management, Business Analyst, Tester, Junior Developer to Project Manager. My exposure in these roles covered all aspects of technology and business support. I have been in technical support roles from first line to third line support and have spent considerable time with clients in a customer service and support role. I have also provided internal support to Sales and Marketing staff in compiling proposals and tenders for clients. I moved over to project management in 2000 and have managed various projects including Electronic Data Interchange(Business to Business eCommerce), all aspects of Internet Service provision, HR & Finance Application upgrades, Time and Attendance software, Entire Cash centre builds, Data centre implementations, BCM & DR implementations, National software roll outs, POS implementations, SAP Infrastructure Builds, National IP Networks, Wireless LAN's, and Firewall Implementations. I am currently working on the roll out of a solution that uses scanners to automate and control work flows removing reliance on paper and speeding up the delivery of data using 3G technologies to our clients. I am self starter and take responsibility and accountability for my all my actions. I am always looking for opportunities to grow my self and through self study have obtained my Diploma in Data metrics through UNISA, my BComm Degree through UNISA, and my Project Management certification (PMP) through the PMI. I am currently reading up Agile and look forward to studying other Project Methodologies. I have always been an asset at each company that I have worked at having the correct work ethic, a can do attitude and going the extra mile, and also having, utilising and sharing the varied experience that I have gained. I believe I will be someone that will bring value to your company from the day I commence employment by bringing all that I have to offer and to put in the extra effort to make that special difference.
