I have 3 years experience in a call centre environment, where I had my intense learning on how to always put the customer’s needs first. Leading a team of 14 consultants, broaden my knowledge in people’s skills and their behaviors, acquiring an important skill of emotional intelligence, knowing that what others say or do, is definitely not a reflection of me however whom they are. Quality Call Assurance gave me a broader spectrum on why processes and procedures are needed in the business and why we need to align to them always. It also gave me a stint preview of the Six Sigma methodology. I have two years experience with ETC Solutions, a year as a Claims and Complaints Operator and another year as a Nominations and Representations Operator.
