Dear Sir/Madam I have been with different companies including Bee Zar Restaurant at Thakaneng Bridge, University of the Free State, which I owned and managed. After a serious introspection and analyzing my interests and capabilities, I feel that I would be able a valuable addition to your company with the experience, skills and qualifications I have acquired. In 2019 I decided to go back to school and study at the University of Free State and study Management Development Program (MDP) NQF Level 5 to broaden my manager self-awareness, leadership attributes, and management skills required in this ever-changing business environment. In completion of this qualification, I would be up to date with the latest socio-economic trends and be employment ready. I have enjoyed my time with the companies, and have learned a great deal while working at Bee Zar Restaurant. I was awarded 3 years contract by the University of the Free State due to my competency and skills. I also was awarded 3 years cleaning service contract by IPID with the company I owned Beez Marketing and Project. However, I feel that I have learned all that I can regarding management and leadership and I am excited about the opportunity for learning new things.
