I was presented with an opportunity to become Team Leader for our new Client account and we have been growing ever since. I am currently working as a Legal Administrator and Workflow Coordinator in the Legal Compliance department for a large UK based Law Firm. Providing the best quality work and service to our Client is the most important factor. The team are fully trained in Compliance and we also specialise in Document Production. We are currently servicing most of their departments, from Property, Family, Commercial, Litigation, Employment etc. We are in constant communication with different individuals, from Managing Partners to Solicitors, from Paralegals to Chief of Operations. . My current responsibilities include but are not limited to: 1: Management and workflow coordination of Legal Administration Team 2: Implementation of workflow processes 3: Adherence of SLA's and 4: Reporting to higher management on a daily, weekly and monthly basis. 5: Additionally responsible for drafting, copy typing, reviewing and vetting of Legal documentation to be used internally and externally 6: Provide internal training (processes and system training) 7: AML checks and analysing risks 8: Preparation of Security documentation for Secure Lending matters 9: Attend to Digital Dictation and Transcription instructions 10: Implementation of AML Rules and Regulations I am excited to continue my journey in management and looking forward to all the success that's ahead.
