A marketer and relationship builder by nature, yet I am very analytical and decisive in my approach to every situation I am faced with. I have about 2 years of experience as a Relationship Manager / Portfolio Manager / Office Manager with a demonstrated history of working in the insurance industry for the past 16 years. I am passionate about helping others through acts of service and reach my goals through my keen ability to interact with people on all levels and negotiating favourable terms to ensure the best possible service delivery. I am very organised, conscientious and meticulous in my daily responsibilities and administrative tasks and know how to prioritise in order to reach deadlines and manage timelines. I am in the process of completing my Bachelor in Management Leadership, with a focus on Business Administration and Management at the University of the Free State. I am always up for a challenge and love to learn continuously, am driven and very much intrinsically motivated. This has helped me to successfully manage a small team of employees and grow my portfolio, in excess of R43 mil that caters to a niche group of consumers, whilst maintaining the profitability margins thereof.
