To Whom It May Concern: I am an active, hands on individual that lives with the believe that success lies in exceptional drive. Therefore I keep my mind fit and my believes strong. I am target driven; service orientated and self motivated, and enjoy any challenge laid upon me. I have taken every position offered to me and proved myself worthy to be promoted. Some of my strengths include being pro-active and being a leader with the natural ability to work cost effective and under pressure. I also possess strong management skills and have the natural ability to work with people. I know that the people I come in contact with have respect for me. Not just because of the way that I treat them but also because I am true to my word and I am always willing to assist where possible. I believe in communicating and being actively involved to ensure ultimate results through teamwork and good leadership. There is no I in Team. I am not afraid to make and carry through decisions and to take responsibility for my decisions. I will also never leave a co worker or staff member who manages decisions to his fate. I believe in having balance in live and therefore also keep my body and mind fit with my love for reading and outdoors activities. I am a family man who truly enjoys the time with my wife and two daughters. I am a strong believer in training and being constantly trained to progress and become better at what I am doing. I have put a lot of time and effort into empowering myself through training. If the opportunity arises I could add a lot of value to empower people by training them various personal skills. I have personally overseen the building of three restaurants and had to assure that all installations and workmanship is up to standard. This has tested my organizational and negotiation skills.
