have been working as a customer service consultant for over 3 years. My experience in customer service has taught me a great deal about dealing with customers. I am passionate about learning new skills and I have completed number of training courses. I have developed strong problem solving skills, honed my ability to manage conflict and deal with demanding individuals and polished my communication skills.
