As an Account Manager for the Dimension Data Group (including Internet Solutions) I coordinated the expertise of product specialists, solution architects, engineering resources, support personnel and project managers to deliver high-end interactive media, immersive video conferencing, infrastructure and managed cloud solutions to clients like, but not limited to: Discovery Health, Miscrosoft SA, CitiBank, HSBC, Primedia Broadcasting, Murray and Roberts and AdvTech. I have experience with creating and owning customer strategy, composing detailed proposals and presentation of comprehensive multi line of business solutions all while engaging at C-level. Being goal orientated means that I am highly motivated by a target driven environment. I ask the right questions at the right times in order to track a client’s needs throughout a project timeline and act as a representative for those interests within my organisation. I am no stranger to hard work and long hours and am willing to discuss any and all opportunities that support the vision I have for my career moving forward.
