I'm an Experience Designer who's inquisitive and questioning. I believe Empathy should be at the heart of all design and I start every design challenge with this in mind. Empathy allows us to understand not only the people who use the things we make but also the people who make the things we want others to use. This, in turn allows us to maximise the impact of what we do and its a critical step in the design process which I think is often missed.
