Highly successful track record in Project Management, overall general management of large complex facilities management sites, including shutdown requirements, comprehensive management reporting, implementation and management of HSE standards and procedures, profitability analysis and business strategy. As part of my leadership make-up I see the practical implications of other people’s vision, have the ability you think clearly about what it takes to make things happen, cutting through a maze of woolly thinking and get to the WHAT quickly. I have a good track recording in knowing when something isn’t going to fly! Never afraid to tackle a job, to start something, to take practical action. I quickly get to the critical tasks and identify and resolve practical “issues” quickly. I’m results driven and don’t have to be mollycoddled into putting in a good days work. I have an intuitive sense of needs and wants of others, and a sense of right that causes me to raise my voice on behalf of others who may have be overlooked and have a servant’s heart that genuinely loves to serve others.
