Being a pharmacist; and having been trained in Lean Management & Six Sigma (Black-belt), has nurtured the depth and breadth of my technical knowledge and understanding of commercial pharmaceutical manufacture in a very inimitable manner. Together with the span of my experience across more than twenty years in industry - the majority being in Production (consumer products, oral solids & liquids, sterile and biologicals), QA & cGMP Compliance, New Product Development & Introduction and Technical Transfer, Continuous Improvement and System/Process Design, Computer System Validation; packages me with a very unique skill-set. It always was, and has since become unequivocal that I want to impact and help others, evoking enjoyment, stimulating and inspiring them to act to make a difference and do something meaningful, thus helping them achieve what they want and need for their own personal growth and development, whilst facilitating them to get the necessary results required by an organization they work for.
