A little about me as well as my expectations and situation, I am currently expecting a child of my own in July and I am looking for a stable position in order to provide for my family's future. I am in the process of studying a Diploma in Financial Management & Analyst as well as a mini MBA part-time, a company that would appreciate these additional skills would be beneficial. I am impeccably organized and have an incredible eye for details when it comes to my work. I have a valid Driver’s License and am currently in negotiations to finance a new vehicle as I have recently relocated. I am extremely particular when it comes to deadlines and standards. I personally find it effortless to deligate respectfully and hold others accountable. Sales, Marketing and teaching others Sales Techniques has been a second nature of mine since I was very young, being groomed into the number of businesses my family has owned over the last 12 years. New ideas and different avenues of marketing a product or proposals to both clients and investors have been expected of me over the years. I have had plenty of years inside and outside the Food & Beverage industry being both a Waiter, Event Manager, Barman and Assistant to Head Chefs. I am skilled in handling Stock, Menu Breakdowns and Costing, Staff Management, Menu Planning as well as Guest Entertainment and Public Relations. This will be validated by my reference “Myrtle Mayyat” as I worked closely with her throughout these positions as well as Managerial positions in 3 of her companies. I am as loyal as a well-fed hound, provided I am looked after. I handle stress effortlessly and find it quite easy to think and perform under pressure. 2 I can relate to a number of different people and find "reading others" a 6th sense in my arsenal. I am also an incredibly fast learner due to my eidetic memory. I find new concepts easy to grasp and I am also highly adaptable to any environment making learning new techniques, processes or routines and requirements very easy for me, in short periods of time. This is advantageous for any in-house training that I would be expected to complete. My current income bracket is R10k - R15k, equal to or above would be expected.
