I am skilled in the training and development field nationally and internationally. I am a qualified Training and Development Officer and also experienced SDF. In the past 16 years, I developed various training material, and also managed various learnerships with over 500 delegates. In the 16 years of my learning and development career, I submitted the BEE assessments, WSP, ATR reports, dealing with various seta’s and the Quality Council for Trades and Occupations (QCTO) Traveling internationally to different countries develop me on how to deal with different backgrounds/cultures and develop materials tailored to the needs of the delegates, and the organization's operational requirements. I am a goal achiever and very determined. Customer orientated, eager to learn, persuasive, pro-active and a responsible team player.
