A great amount of experience in being responsible for the safe installation and the proper operation, running and maintenance of machinery, buildings and structures. Managed numerous business improvement and capital projects and have been involved in a lot of risk management work. My goals involve continuously learning and constantly keeping up-to-date with new technologies. I firmly believed there is always a safer, more cost effective and productive way of doing something. I live for continuous improvement, not only from a turnover point of view but within myself and my colleagues. My forever goal is to manage a team and shape them into successful workers. I am motivated by finding ways to solve a problem and overcome a challenge. I am driven by meeting deadlines and targets, by mentoring and coaching others while working well with a team and leading that team to success. I enjoy analyzing complex data to draw clear, simple conclusions and identifying flaws and errors to ensure the best possible result.
