SELECTED HIGHLIGHTS As an editor: I motivated and encouraged a team of journalists, photographers, page layout artists and sub-editors. As a journalist: I wrote hundreds of articles for a wide range of well known magazines and newspapers such as Rooi Rose, Beeld, Rapport, Die Burger, Volksblad, Son, Bike SA, Vrouekeur and online publications including LitNet and Brandpunt. I created the first Afrikaans internet magazine, Brandpunt, with an editorial team of famous artists, writers and musicians in 2002. Three of the English plays I wrote were all performed in fringe and mainstreams theatres. I created a cookbook for Media24 in 2011. My essays where included in four books published by Carpe Diem Publications. I wrote press releases for record labels such as EMI, Universal, Gallo and Sting.
