Through the experience I have been exposed to ISO 17025 (laboratory management system), ISO 9001 Quality management system, SANS 241 (National water standard).I also did 17 months As a Quality Controller while at Daybreak Farms. Furthermore I am involved in analysis of water via three methods, i.e. Plate Count (HPC); Enumeration and Detection of E.coli and total coliforms; detection and Enumeration of Somatic Coliphages as well as Swab methods. I have obtained my B.Sc. Biochemistry and Microbiology. I also did a Good laboratory practice course through my training, and attended an ISO 17025 course as well, which added value to my experience. I am now a senior Analyst and I have recently received managerial recommendation to be the Microbiology Technical Signatory of Mpumamanzi Laboratory (Process in early stage), with 2 year 6 month of experience with accredited laboratory. I can cope well under pressure and able to interact with people of diverse characters. I pride myself in working with procedures and regulations so as to avoid any miss understandings and, if necessary consult superiors before putting ideas into use, but most importantly to abide by set standards and take responsibility. I am able to professionally handle different situations and can cope very well with team work. I am a self-driven individual, and I also never limit my learning ability.
