I managed a Call Centre in the Financial Business for 6 years and In the Trace & Collections Call Centre for 4 years; I am headed up a UK Customer Service Team of 35 agents & I know what it takes to make a department be a success. At Home choice I managed the Telemarketing division with 7 Team leaders, 7 coaches and 118 agents. Currently I am at SaveMoney whereby I built it from nothing into a Call Centre and managing it on my own. While at Savemoney I have assisted in Recruiting for 2 other call centres (Masterstart & Debtline). I was the Head of Call Centre, Training, HR and Recruitment. The success of a department is not the leader who leads the team but the team who makes it happen. Without teamwork a business will not be able to succeed. I understand the dynamics of being a success and having a successful team. I have gained a lot of experience in the Call Centre Industry and I am familiar as to how targets and benchmarks can be achieved with excellent Customer Service. I have travelled the world and I have learnt to appreciate the smaller things in life. I believe, I will be an asset to any business as I have good work ethics and what makes me good at what I do is the drive to be a success. I tackle each project as if it is my own business.
