Izak Viljoen is a qualified Civil Technologist with five seven post diploma experience and obtained his Bachelor of Technology degree in April 2015 at the Nelson Mandela Metropolitan University. He also did his PDBA (Post Graduate Diploma in Business Administration) in 2016 at the Nelson Mandela University Business School. He has a broad experience in planning, design, contact administration and tender evaluation of urban and rural land developments, water supply and sanitation, roads and stormwater projects
