Hey guys, my name is Jean-Paul (mostly just called JP), I'm a filmmaker/photographer based in Cape Town, and am in love with all things visually creative. My experience gained over the last approximately 14 years encompass production of documentary, short and commercial film and video work. While I produce projects, getting a team together for bigger projects, I also work quite well as a specialist in camera operation as well as video editing and post production. I've been fortunate to work with some amazing commercial brands, specialising for some time in the automotive world, producing video content for brands that include BMW, Mercedes-Benz, and Toyota among others. Other highlights in the last few years include having directed a feature length documentary film screened at festivals and broadcast; as well as directing a short film winning best film at the Shnit Int'l Short Film Festival.
