I’m a recent honours graduate in Mathematical Sciences, with majors from the Advanced Mathematics of Finance course and pure mathematics at Wits University, and currently pursuing a masters degree in mathematics . I am seeking a graduate position as a quantitative analyst. During my time at university, I have developed excellent time management and organizational skills due to a series of close-knit coursework deadlines and exams. As a result, I am incredibly adaptable and able to work well under pressure effectively. The skills learnt from the modules studied have given me an excellent foundation for building a career in the banking and investment industry. I am looking to secure an opportunity in an innovative, friendly workspace, where I can utilize my soft skills and in-depth knowledge in mathematics and finance to add value. I will be taking professional exams in April 2020 CM1(Actuarial Mathematics) and june 2020 CFA level 1.
