Pastel Payroll and HR – capturing of timesheets, liaise with staff working away regarding days and overtime worked, compiling of payroll summary, submitting summary for payment, issuing of pay slips, managing staff records, managing annual and sick leave, assisting in disciplinary hearings, submission of UIF and PAYE, issuing and submitting of UIF form upon employee departure. Managing reservations for a small guest house, including updating of reservations on all sites used by the establishment and updating calendars as new bookings or cancellations are received.
