Ever since I first walked into a large event at Zeitz, Cape Town, I immediately knew this is what I wanted to do. I love working with people, coming up with new and exciting ideas, and doing admin. People always think it's strange when they hear this, but I love admin, and even events require a lot of admin in the planning process, I am very organised and wish for everything to be perfect and go according to plan. I work very hard and I'll always stay until everything is cleaned up and every last guest/client leaves. My passion and enthusiasm for the hospitality industry have only grown stronger since I've started with it, and that’s why I was so excited to see the opening for this position. I have used this competency in my previous roles where I got a lot of happy clients and great reviews! • Computer skills: ever since I was young, I taught myself everything about computers. I loved it and got quite savvy. I had IT as a subject in school as well. I know all the basic programs and can learn new ones very quickly. I'm great at databases, presentations, proposals, concepts and budgets. I know I can utilise my experience to use your software and help you achieve your business goals. • Photography and videography: I'm very visual and creative, I’m great at taking photos and was recognised by my college for my skills in taking photos and producing great videos for marketing and event purposes. I've worked with Aleit Swanepoel and Alicia Buckle, as well as Vizion Photo Studio. I’m confident that my work ethic, knowledge, and enthusiasm for this position make me a qualified fit for your organisation.
