Cover letter I like thinking outside the box and logistics is no easy game, I worked as truck owner and operations manager, I set up systems and operations and negotiations with repairs and spares supply. This allowed me to grow substantially from project management at UKZN, now budgeting was closer to capital generation therefore negotiation had to be skillful due to limited funding but manageable according to the work layout. The most challenging aspect is balancing the budget while trying to maintain a competitive pricing structure for relevant market share. I had to deal with conflict resolutions with staffing while maintaining an approachable relationship so that operations are not affected by such conflicts. I also had to deal with difficult suppliers and service delivery clientele while keeping operations flowing according to work commitments. I look at challengers as opportunities to grow, because if we are not thinking outside the box then there is a ceiling to our achievements and we are limiting ourselves. I have studied my MBA and passed all my courses at examination level, only to be given a huge project at work during my last semester, that consumed all my time and I could not complete my dissertation. This shows my loyalty to my work over my personal aspirations. I do intend to finish this up once I get the opportunity. I currently have 11 years of management under my belt, I worked with large staff compliments as well as sub- contractors, and I managed to motivate, lead and accomplish desired goals. I have both a management advancement diploma and a post graduate in management from University of Kwa-Zulu - Natal. Currently due to a company restructure I find myself back on the Job market.
