I am an extremely hard worker with impeccable time keeping and only strive for the best. I manage kitchen teams very well and get them to work as a unit. My CV is quite vast as I have grabbed every opportunity afforded to me, only to better my talent and love within the kitchen. (Much of my employment was working overseas following the busy seasons, hence the reason for such short times at each employer) My goal is to always keep on creating great food! I have traveled the globe, growing my skill set and acquiring techniques that add to my culinary vision. My biggest strength is my diversity in a kitchen and my leadership ability, my weakness is that I trust people too easily sometimes resulting in a lack of delegation to my team What am I looking for?
