What do I want from your next job? I would like to work in a fast paced environment preferably in an E-commerce or Financial services environment. I prefer working as a Product Owner, being able to set and adjust priorities as needed in order to meet business objectives or as a Business Analyst with input on the decision-making process. My ideal work environment is an AGILE environment (SCRUM, Kanban or Scrumban). I enjoy the process of growing teams to reach the optimum thus I do not mind if I work with a junior or mature team.
