• Scheduled 30 trucks for day and night shift to transport Chrome &/or Platinum • Worked directly with the Drivers & controllers to ensure work is done & on schedule. • Test every driver competency with the trucks to ensure he will be the best candidate for the work. • Managed 3 Controllers. • Work with Driver monthly Rosters, to ensure sufficient work flow when drivers needs to off from their shift. • Weekly fuel consumption reports. • Daily Tracking on RMS, to ensure all trucks on Route, to attend truck with assistance • Attend meetings with Mine (TRP), & harbor to discuss the loads & forecast to be reached. • Daily Load Reports • Work daily on Evolution program, for handovers, any damages, add new licenses/ cross Border permits. • Visibility- move on the route daily to be visible to the drivers to ensure trucks are on route & drivers do not slack. • Attended accidents when occurred, arrange tow ins/ help as needed. • Relocating for several days to ensure trucks are on the route & attend breakdown to get truck on the road again Computer skills: • Microsoft Word • Microsoft Excel • Microsoft PowerPoint • Microsoft outlook Transport rated computer programs: • Freeway Fleet system • RMS • Evolution
