I am a young enthusiastic, passionate and hands-on individual with great appetite for learning. I have worked for approximately 5 years as a process engineer at various Solvent plants. I have then migrated into the manage others arena and have acted as area manager Solvents for the 18 months thereafter appointed as Area Manager for the past 4 years. My transition was at my request and due to my affinity to lead and deliver results through others whilst influencing and impacting on their personal and professional lives. I am both confident and persistent in my pursuit of excellence and continuous improvement. I am also excited with the prospect of applying my skill and knowledge gained in a previous and current role. I have delivered and proven my capability and ability to plan coordinate and execute activities in conjunction with alignment to business objectives. My ability to utilise both logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses is well tailored for the managing others environment. I have empowered myself with an array of leadership styles of management to derive optimum results from different situations. I am inspired in leading a team and being part of a team achieving results. My technical background has developed my problem-solving skills and the multiple projects that I executed, have allowed me to better understand the operations supporting disciplines much better.
