I am currently working as a Training Administrator at Maccauvlei Learning Academy. My duties include the following: Sending & Receiving results to learners Create internal training schedules for the coordination department Creating & tracking training reports on results of training programmes and maintaining training records for the company Informing learners on scheduled training programmes, sending learning material, and tracking their progress throughout the training Maintain in-house and public training equipment Gather feedback from facilitators and learners after each training session Experience with e-learning platforms: Signify & Moodle Microsoft Office proficient Strong communication & organisational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks at once SETA awareness Quaility processes & service to the client Client & Learner management Excellent decision making & critical thinking skills
