I have most recently been a Senior Manager within EY’s Robotics Process Automation IT Advisory division, and previously in Standard Bank’s Intelligent Automation Division. I have a wide span of industry experience through my consulting engagements, implementing RPA and large IT and process transformation projects within Banking, Insurance, Financial Services & Mining sectors. I am a qualified SAFE Lean Agilist experienced in Process Improvement using Lean & Six Sigma methodology. I am proficient in RPA sales, opportunity identification, solution design and implementation using globally recognised tools including Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere and Work Fusion. I have altogether 14 years of project experience in the banking, compliance, infrastructure, IT, process re-engineering and RPA/IA domains.
