I have experience, predominantly working in a mining environment with the following commodities experience, Ferro-chrome (Assmang Manganese Cato Ridge). Other commodities: Iron Ore (Kumba Iron Ore), Thermal Coal ( Anglo American Thermal Coal , Co-operate office, JHB) , Ferro- Manganese (Assmang Manganese) and Illemenite ,(Namakwa Sands). At Namakwa Sands I have spent 5years growing through the various positions and having exposure to all departments conducting integrated planning inline with production requirements. I have been involved in many process optimization operations during my career, performing root cause analysis (to avoid plant breakdowns), looking at giving effective feedback, hand over, shift management book report, code of behaviour and the SIC (Short Interval Control).
