I am passionate about value delivery and have been fortunate enough to spend the last 15 years learning at some of the biggest companies worldwide. One of my early insights in my career has been that human relations are critical to the success of any business. It is with this thought in mind that I have always prioritized integrity, open communication and listening in every role I have been fortunate enough to fill. Through my career I have been entrusted with managing different teams over the years and I must say that this has been the most fulfilling part of my experience thus far. Developing colleagues to their hidden potential is one of my biggest drivers, as I believe that strong teams are made up of strong people. Transformation is a passion for me and coupled with my belief in placing the right people in the right role, has resulted in me trusting first time job seekers and developing them enough to be fully independent. This all starts with a simple conversation and as we go along we discover the passions, dreams and motivations for each person. I have found that that helps us formulate clear and direct career paths. I love solving problems in the simplest of ways no matter how complex and have a reputation for being solutions driven. My other specialties include being a quick learner, a motivator and an all round great listener.
