An expert in Construction Management with over 19 years experience in Built environment, having rose through the ranks started as trainee Site Engineer with Stocks Building KZN back in year 2000. Having participated as project team member, on various landmark projects nationwide for example Turnkey solution (Gauteng Department of Education (16) schools project and Free State Department of Health clinics on various districts to mention the few over and above meeting project milestones on deliverables .Professional affiliations/associations PMSA (Professional member) and SACPCMP (C. Construction Project Manager). Career Highlights, Accepted and registered with PMSA in 2013 as Professional Member with Project Management of South Africa. Between 2005 to 2011 gaining recognition by being appointed a Site Agent to Snr Site Agent on various Projects around Gauteng. Followed by appointment by JV (SSI/Mafuri) to be Construction Manager, managing and leading a core project team of Quantity Surveyors, Site Managers and Engineers on (3) Metros. Another turning point was being exposed to Mining construction environment representing main contractor in Kalahari Manganese Mine project responsible for entire Umtu shaft Infrastructure as a Contracts Manager. Recently, I have acquired (Master of Business Administration) from Honorius United Universities- (Mancosa Business School), in record time from 2017 to 2018 regulated study time frame area of speciality (Operations Management and Change Management).
