Good day. My name is Prince Motlhabane and I am 32 years old. I matriculated in 2006. in 2007 I went to a college to further my studies in electrical engineering till the year 2009. while studying I learned to do fault finding, house wiring, identifying different electrical components and diagrams. While studying in 2007 I worked at Ackermans as a cashier and later as a stock room controller to gain experience. On the 16th of May 2011 I then got another job as a call centre representative at Multichoice (dstv). I worked there from 2011 till 2019 (8 years and 3 months). I have experience in mostly inbound queries and a bit of outboud. During these years I managed to assist customers with billing on the new and old account, opening of new accounts, helped with technical troubleshooting, this include decoder installation and connecting of the decoder to the internet and clearing of dstv error codes on the customer's screen. I can work as a team player and independent. I willing to learn and gain experience. just to add on that I have code 10 driver’s license with pdp and also have driving experience and adhere to road rules and speed limits. While working at Multichoice, my last earning was R13000.00 net, however I would appreciate even if I can at least earn R11000 to R10000 as a net salary based on my experience and on that note I would like to let you that I am available immediately should I get an opportunity for a job opening.
