Below Are My Roles & Responsibilities which matches your requirements : * Conducting inventory audit for retail store & warehouse like Pantaloons ,Ritu Kumar ,Arvind ,Titan etc * Monitoring stock inside the store and in the warehouse * Physically counting inventory and updating information on the computer * Coordinating with the sales and delivery teams and verifying records with stock in hand * Investigating any discrepancies in quantity of stock and presenting report * Visiting local & Outstation store for conducting Audit * Checking of logistics transaction with the help of SAP reports. * Preparing Sign off , IAR reports & sends to the HO * Preparing Monthly summarize reports and presenting to the management * Checking & Preparing audit data and sharing with client * Checking of Inventory transaction & cash and Card transaction * Preparing monthly expenses report of team & submitting it to account department * Sending Pre -Visit mail 2 days prior to audit and guiding them does & don’t * Interacted with store and warehouse personnel and assisted in solving problems * Visiting store for Pre - Audit inspection for guiding & explaining the Audit process * Arranging of stay & travel for the team when visiting outstation for audit
