I am a sales oriented professional with expertise in client relationship management, customer satisfaction and retention, and people management. Currently employed as an account manager at Coca-Cola Beverages South Africa, I supervise a team of in-store merchandisers and a portfolio of over 100 customer relationships which includes top end grocers, petroleum and fuel merchants as well as local and traditional outlets whilst maintaining the profit objective and future growth. Whilst employed by ABSA as Provincial Fund Specialist I was tasked with sourcing and creating contract financing and term debt markets for Small Business division of the bank in the North West Province. As a result I was overseeing a staff complement of 20 relationship managers located in branches across the province. In my post ABSA position as director with Segopotso I was mainly responsible for recruiting and capacitating sales consultants, developing and implementing management systems and operational mechanisms. Although not listed on my CV, I was an independent contractor for metropolitan between 2011 and 2012.
