I am a proficient trainer in GMP, HACCP, quality, QMS, hygiene and HACCP. I have vast understanding of R638, SANS 10330, SANS 10049, ISO 22000, ISO 9001, ISO/ TS 22000 Intertek requirements, FSSC 22000 requirements
