I am an admitted Advocate of the High Court of South Africa and have more than 19 years’ worth of experience in the fields of commercial law, corporate law, finance law, governance and compliance and has been employed with both Johannesburg Stock Exchange and London Stock Exchange listed companies in the positions of Group Company Secretary and Group Legal Counsel and across a variety of sectors including property, manufacturing, FMCG, construction and mining to name but a few.
