I am a potential Business Analyst that has a familiarity with programmes in these languages (SQL ,HTML, CSS, Java, C#, Javascript and Python) and how they work. I have experience working with MVC framework and building APIs. I have experience working with SAP ERP as a part of my Diploma where we were introduced to also identify functionalities that add business values for companies and how to implement the STOW technique to help improve the understanding of a product. I am a person that favours learning a lot, which I believe enables me to be a person that can adapts in any new environment without hindering my environment. In the past I was a tech support handler for people with difficulties understanding and troubleshooting tech related issues which ranged from mobile issues to personal computer issues. This experience is highly informal but it has also become the basis of my knowledge base when it comes to common issues faced by end-user. I usually engage in community work that enables me to exercise my communicative skills and my ability to pass on knowledge to others. In my community work I help educate underprivileged individuals in basic computer skills and orientation. These experiences enable me to have interactions with end-users on a different level, where they inform me of how heuristic the programs they are being introduced to are. I believe that knowledge and experience can be used by any company to turn that into a monetary advantage. I wish to be counted as part of those assets that add value to your company
