My name is Tapiwa Manda, I am currently a student who has gained some job experience in the past year. I have worked for three companies including; FairCape Group as a waitress, Maradadhi Text tiles as an Assistant and Ash Ceramics as a Sales, Social Media, and Marketing assistant. The skills that I bring to the table include organizational skills, knowledge of stock control, customer relations, social media management, and marketing products. I am aware that some of these skills do not directly corollate to what the job description entails but I believe that knowledge is power and the skills I have gained may come in handy at any given time. The three words which are mostly used to describe me are; I am hard-working, as I have never missed a deadline and always strive to do my best in whatever I may be doing. I was given a task to create a website from scratch and with no experience of web design, I managed to create a website and have it up and running within a month. I am a team player, nothing can be done without everyone working together. I make sure that major tasks are completed before the required date and time. I am tech-savvy, coming from a generation where technology has always in my life has given me a huge advantage. I was also very lucky to go to a primary school and high school where technology and computer literacy were mandatory subjects. Technology is fast and is always changing frequently and staying up to date with those changes is extremely important to me.
