I am a young, energetic and highly motivated young man who is opting to attain employment within your establishment. It’s always been a pleasure of mine to work with people, serve and make a positive impact on society. This was the main goal I had in mind when I opted to study Medicine, . I am very much available, and interested in working with your company, and would love to be granted the opportunity to depict my capabilities. Every customer should be treated as though he is the most special, being given individually respectful, caring and diligent service. This is what I intend to offer this company. I’ve worked at a few different establishments in the past years where I not only got the opportunity to improve my customer service skills, but also developed new ones such as: problem solving, learning how to deal with angry customers and being level headed and patient in times of extreme pressure or chaos. I have a goal driven, “self starter” mentality, and will thrive to complete tasks with the highest results, despite challenges. I worked part time in a doing ward rounds at Wenzhou second Affiliated hospital while studying abroad, in China, which I found quite exciting as I served mainly Chinese patients . I improved my Chinese language speaking ability.In South Africa I currently work at Le Wine Chamber as a Wine Connoisseur and Service Ambassador I can personally say i now know a lot about wines as I am yet to write my WSET LEVEL 2 and 3.Customer interactions and having some knowledge of marketing helped me a lot benefiting me and the shop which is an added advantage to the company by bringing in more revenue to me helping me sharpen on my wine portfolio I’ve done a lot of wine tasting during my time at Le Wine Chamber which I can now use to explain to other people about wine tasting notes.
