My name is Thabo Nkgabane, some of the qualities I possess that I have noted and so have my previous employers and colleagues are that: • I am very good at planning, scheduling, budgeting and have a keen eye for detail. I can work well in the box and still think out of the box, I am very observant, articulate i.e. good oral and written skills. • I learn and adjust quickly to all environments, and tasks that come my way. I do not panic under pressure but have a great 5 step process I created and follow in times of chaos to come up with great solutions • I am a very good listener, and not afraid to ask for assistance either it be directly or indirectly (especially if it is in my best interest, or that of the project to do so). • I am charismatic (I always make sure I present myself in a professional manner). Good research skills (reasonably high EQ) As can be noted from my resume there are several media/marketing positions that I have held. This is due to several profitable business opportunities I identified and seized in varsity. Cause of those opportunities I got to grow and expand the creative side of my brain which has, in-turn, transformed my brain to be like the world's few who utilize both sides of their brains i.e. both the creative intelligence and the more analytical intelligence side of the brain. All the above qualities and experience often positively sets me apart out from my fellow work colleagues in any work environment.
