I have a degree in Sport Science  and the ability to recruit new trainers that will help to build a positive reputation for the gym. I have the ability to supervise the staff to make sure they adhere to company policies and procedures and to ensure they are providing outstanding customer service at all times.I have the ability to maintain a clean and safe facility where the guests feel comfortable and relaxed. I also have the ability to inspect the equipment to make sure everything is working correctly and to repair or replace any piece of equipment that is not up to standards.  My experience includes working together with the cleaning supervisor to make sure that the cleaning products don't run out before time. My experience also includes dealing with Group exercise instructors payments and making sure that i get fill in should one can not make it for their class. I have the skills to track when the gym is receiving the most traffic and to schedule the trainers and other staff members accordingly. In my years working at the gym i have gain extensive experience in Administration. I have outstanding computer skills, I am a great communicator and I can work flexible shifts.
