I am a very ambitious and passionate Regional Senior Compliance Analyst who has over four (4) years experience in the Public Entity. Prior to that I was an Internal Auditor with over five (5) years experience in the Public Sector. My highest qualification is a B.Tech in Internal Auditing and I am always looking for ways to improve myself and grow professionally.During my experience in both professions I have gained invaluable knowledge and experience in conducting operational, financial, compliance and performance information audits from cradle to grave with minimum supervision. I have acquired experience in interpreting Acts and analyzing alignment thereof to the Organisation's Policies and Standard Operating Procedures, monitoring compliance with applicable legislative prescripts, as well as building relationships with stakeholders and/or Regulators. I have also had the opportunity of supervising internal audit interns/trainees. My professional journey has also assisted me in obtaining effective interviewing skills, planning and organizing skills, decision making and problem solving skills, communication and report writing skills, analytical and computer skills, project and time management skills as well as the ability to work independently and in a team.
