As an ambitious and extremely curious industrial engineer and master's student, I find joy in integrating complex systems, processes, and people, where passion in abundance and resolute hard work form the foundation of my work ethic. Being immersed into the engineering environment has taught me to develop intricate ideas, and not to accept matters as they are, but to always question all possible solutions. In my spare time, you will likely find me riding my bicycle with no hands, or baking bread. I live by the words: "When is the last time that you did something for the first time?", and am an avid weight-lifting and ice-cream enthusiast. I have completed my B.Eng undergraduate in Industrial Engineering at Stellenbosch University. I am currently completing with my M.Eng at Stellenbosch University with the Health care Systems Engineering and Innovation Hub research group, supervised by Imke de Kock (Pr.Eng), and co-supervised by Louzanne Bam (Pr.Eng) and Prof. Josephine Musango. My research topic focuses on the investigation of alternative intervention strategies for the management of diabetic policy formulation in South Africa within a system dynamics modelling paradigm. I have a strong interest in system dynamics modelling, complex problem solving, and system's thinking methodology.
