I have worked on multiple projects big & small for 16 years .I have dealt with the management of staff on daily basis for the last 10 years, striving to keep the projects vision, budget, time & quality that we have set out to accomplish while loving what we do. I have incorporated many systems & procedures into different companies and projects to optimize work flow, reduce down time and maximize on quality, efficiency in the office and on site.
