Xolani possesses a Bsc Honours degree in Business Information Technology from University of Greenwich, Completed His Executive MBA – specializing in Business Analytics, a Diploma in Business Analysis and is a certified TOGAF (The Open Group Enterprise Architecture Framework) practitioner, and a string of other IT and Business related programmes. He is also a formal member of the Association of Enterprise Architects, and International Institute of Business Analysis (IIBA). Xolani is well spoken, enthusiastic about his work and eager to grow in his role – with his long term career ambition being to move into an CTO role. He has great verbal and written communication and is able to articulate requirements to be understood by all the stakeholders.
