"Company culture"

I was employed by Andersen Consulting (now Accenture) for approximately four years and enjoyed my stay, particularly, the training experience which was awesome. Since the change to Accenture I understand the culture is not what it used to be. We were a driven organisation focused on delivering sustainable solutions to the client in an ethical and respectful manner. My recent experience with Accenture has been quite distasteful, down-right arrogant and know-it-all attitude. It may well be a function of the current leadership but it is something that the company needs to confront and address or else they will continue to lose key clients.

Accenture is really a great company to work for. They are so accommodating when it comes to new staff as well as understanding when it comes to normal daily issues people face. Accenture policies that are in place first take into account the staff member before the needs of the company. If the was a position available today that suited my needs I would sign the offer with no hesitation. They accept all cultures and religions.

No respect, no values. Entrepreneurship from employees will not be tolerated. We advised the senior management and partners from Basel Swiss with implementation SAP at Ciba/BASF many times for costreduction up to more than 60%. Our entrepreneurship was killed by the senior magager, that he was the spoc. I've never worked in a fascist company with a dicatorship such as Accenture.

Three things about Accenture: 1. Do NOT be bothered by working extra hours. 3. Use your time on the bench wisely: get certified in something that is an industry demand 3. Lastly and probably most importantly, its not about who you know, its about who knows you and how do they know you. So, build strong relationships with your managers

This has been one of the best companies I have had the pleasure to work for - although only on contract. The company has the highest ethics I have ever experienced, they walk their talk. The management style is refreshing and proactive. The staff are treated with the highest levels of respect, and are treated well. There is a trend in the market to exploit people due to the lack of jobs available - Not Accenture. To the management team of Accenture, well done - I highly recommend you offer a HR 3PL service.
