"An experience in a nutshell"

At ADT, I've encountered both good and bad leadership. I had a fairly good period at ADT and I would accept a position at the company if I am provided with the opportunity again. Management is always looking for new ways to improve the working experience for other employees at ADT.

At ADT, there’s a culture of staying put in your position of comfort. Employees would be so comfortable in their position of employment, that they won’t take initiative to apply for an elevated post. As a result of this, growth within ADT is at a slow pace.
