"Just another brand"

I worked long hours with little or no assistance from senior colleagues. The work is deadline driven and no consideration is given to the fact that people have lives and families to go home to. Senior staff are sometimes rude and impatient and are incapable of teaching the newer staff without belittling them.
Pros
- Beautiful building
- some really great team leaders
Cons
- long hours
- flexibility of hours- sandton traffic makes it impossible to access the building and not everyone can work offsite
- senior staff members with bad attitudes towards newer staff
- Little or no assistance during the first few months on the job due to deadlines and high staff turnover
- lack of tolerability towards employees lack of understanding with regards to them seeing work for the first time
