The company is a key player in the Call Centre field being able to boast their extensive portfolio of well known companies, such as Sanlam Health. In the future it plans to expand and recently opened its first international call centre in Zambia.

Poor, poor management skills here. They do not care about their people. I would definitely not recommend working at this company. You are better off where you are.

I have been with the company for a bit over two years. I got in as a Junior Desktop support technician. I have seen the company grow immensely in the past year or so. We provide call centre resources for clients like MTN, Multichoice, Samsung, Vodacom and many more. When I started, it was not too busy and the company gave me resources to grow in my career. It is a fast paced company that has won numerous contact centre awards here and abroad. I have now grown into a senior support technician with prospects of being one day Network administrator within the company. I have been offered financial aid for my education which allows me to grown in my field. All in all, IAT is a great company to work for and I would definitely recommend anyone to work here.
